    BRINGING EXPERTISE, KNOWLEDGE, AND IMPARTIALITY TO THE COURT

    Will is currently serving as Cumberland County General Sessions Judge, Crossville City Attorney and as the Crossville Tax Attorney. He is also a Special Deputy Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, serving under both Governors Bill Haslam and Bill Lee.

    Will has a broad private practice and enjoys helping many clients across the Upper Cumberland. Will serves as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Crossville Housing Authority and was previously appointed as Chancery Court Special Master.

    A HISTORY OF SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY

    Will believes in giving back to his community and helps people locally and beyond. He is a founding member of the Young Professionals Alliance and advisory member for Friends of the Trails. Will wrote the charter for the Cumberland County Anti-Drug Coalition, serves pro bono as an administrative hearing officer for the Crossville Housing Authority, and has served as Vice Chairman of the Cumberland Republican Party. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served our communities as a field representative for Congressman Scott DesJarslais and legislative assistant to State Senator Ken Yager.

    I enjoy spending time with my family, working to improve our farm in Grassy Cove, and spending time on the lake.

    Will and his wife, Tiffany, who teaches fourth grade at Stone Elementary School, have two daughters and are active members of Cumberland Fellowship, a Baptist Church in Crossville. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and obtained his law degree from the Nashville School of Law.
